Job Description
- Lead the successful delivery of a highimpact remediation program
- Drive project outcomes and risk management in a complex compliance environment
- Two fulltime appointments 12month fixedterm contracts
- Base salary range: $129497 $137029 p.a. plus 17% superannuation
About the area
People and Culture Division supports UWAs commitment to attracting and retaining worldclass talent by driving strategic people initiatives. The Employee Entitlements Remediation Program (EERP) was established to ensure compliance with employee entitlement obligations. The program identifies investigates and resolves historical discrepancies while implementing robust controls to prevent future noncompliance.
About the opportunity
- Lead and manage the delivery of complex remediation projects from analysis through to resolution ensuring compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements.
- Develop and execute structured project plans tracking deliverables timelines and risks across multiple workstreams.
- Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders including senior leadership legal teams and external partners to ensure effective project execution.
About you
- Extensive experience in managing largescale projects particularly within compliance governance or remediation initiatives.
- Formal project management qualifications (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) and demonstrated application of structured methodologies.
- Strong problemsolving and risk management skills with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities ensuring alignment across internal and external teams.
- High attention to detail and strategic thinking ensuring project plans are robust compliant and deliver lasting improvements.
Special Requirements
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
