Licensed Conveyancer FullTime Permanent
Location: London
Salary: 40000
A wellestablished law firm is looking for a Licensed Conveyancer with 13 years experience to join its growing Conveyancing Department.
This role suits someone confident managing their own caseload and keen to support junior staff.
Key responsibilities:
Handle residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
Supervise caseworkers within the department
Maintain uptodate knowledge of conveyancing law and practice
Support business development by building local networks
Contribute to marketing and growth plans
Requirements:
Licensed Conveyancer with 13 years relevant experience
Solid knowledge of residential and commercial property transactions
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in generating new business and expanding client base
