Licensed Conveyancer FullTime Permanent
Location: London

Salary: 40000

A wellestablished law firm is looking for a Licensed Conveyancer with 13 years experience to join its growing Conveyancing Department.

This role suits someone confident managing their own caseload and keen to support junior staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

  • Supervise caseworkers within the department

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of conveyancing law and practice

  • Support business development by building local networks

  • Contribute to marketing and growth plans

Requirements:

  • Licensed Conveyancer with 13 years relevant experience

  • Solid knowledge of residential and commercial property transactions

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Interest in generating new business and expanding client base
