Were looking for a Multiskilled Plumber to join our team in South Hampshire on a 12 month fixed term basis. Based out of Portsmouth youll be working around South Hampshire and surrounding areas. This is a full time role working39 hoursper week.

Heres the facts about the role:
As a plumber multi youll carry out plumbing alterations and maintenance to our properties supplies and private appliances. Youll identify diagnose and rectify any faults in appliances. And carry out repairs and maintenance within our properties including carpentry and other skilled trades. This role will involve some light admin duties and the use of an electronic handheld device.
Youll need to have a qualification in plumbing (NVQ or equivalent). And be able to provide us with proof if you get shortlisted for an interview. Youll also need to have a strong background in a similar role.
We do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible. However due to the nature of this position the job holder must be capable of:
- Working at heights
- Manual handling and lifting heavy and bulky items
- A high degree of mobility which will include walking/lifting/loading and unloading vehicles
A full clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
