Job Description
Duties/Responsibilities:
Establish and operate sheet metal equipment under minimal supervision to fabricate as well as form products as per engineering drawings and parameters.
Perform loading and unloading of material by changing tools and select required machine programs.
Prepares sets up and adjusts press brake as required.
Ability to read interpret and follow product schedules.
Measures and aligns materials to be used.
Resolve quality as well as mechanical problems and repair minor issues along with equipment adjustments as required.
Inspects products evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Inspect and maintain press braking operative equipments for conformance with safety requirements.
Ensure to correct issues related to safety before performing operations.
Maintains a clean work area
Work on a 3shift system
Required Skills/Abilities:
Flexible cando attitude
Able to prioritize own workload to meet deadlines.
Able to work as part of a team.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and always focus on quality.
Selfmotivated and confident when taking responsibility for all areas of work.
Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required to support business needs.

Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press brake controls.
Ability to follow instructions.
