Job Description
Title: Care Assistant Community Visits
Location: Heathfield
Salary: 14 p/h Enhanced rate on weekend and BH

Roles and Responsibility as a Care Assistant
- Companionship spending quality time with your client and being a friendly familiar face.
- Home Help/ Meal Preparation assisting with light housekeeping laundry cooking simple meal or prepare their ready meals.
- Medication Support reminding or assisting with taking medications.
- Personal Hygiene supporting with dressing undressing toileting and bathing.
- Getting Out and About accompanying them to the shops a caf garden centre or just a walk for fresh air.
Qualifications :
Skill set for a Care Assistant
- Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with clients in a friendly manner.
- Flexibility for alternative weekend.
- UK full driving licence and a reliable car.
No experience No problem.
