The Data Tech & Analytics Manager is a digital expert specialized in media tools data and technology. He/she is a is a virtuoso digital mechanic at the heart of our media activity managing the full stack of media tools ecosystem from tracking to audience strategies. He/she ensures a seamless usage of our media tools ecosystem and support brands and hubs in using it. His/her role is central to managing analyzing and optimizing media and advertising performances & strategies while ensuring the quality and reliability of campaign data.
Key Responsibilities
Social and Display Media Tools Management: Oversee the use and performance of digital tools for advertising campaigns on social media and display platforms.
Full Funnel Audience Strategy Definition: Recommend and implement audience strategies across the entire customer journey from awareness to conversion.
Customer Data Platform (CDP) Administration: Ensure the efficient functioning management and utilization of a CDP to centralize and enhance customer data usage.
Display Media Partnerships Management: Negotiate media deals with display partners represents Media in the partnership governance (Google Microsoft Amazon The Trade Desk Quantcast RTB House...).
Dynamic Ads Management: Create manage and optimize dynamic ad formats to accurately target relevant audiences. Ensure the creation and maintenance of all the feeds that nourish dynamic formats.
Advertising Retargeting Strategy Definition: Design & implement a full funnel retargeting strategy that will maximize campaigns reach and conversion.
Campaign Data Reliability Assurance: Monitor and ensure the accuracy of collected data for all media levers in collaboration with reporting lead in DM&E.
Qualifications :
Significant experience in digital marketing data analysis and online advertising.
Proficiency with tools related to social media display platforms and CDPs.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for strategy development.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate with external partners.
Thorough knowledge of dynamic ad formats and retargeting strategies.
Analytical and strategic thinking.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and evolving environment.
Attention to detail and precision.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external teams.
