As a Senior Business Developer you will:
- Identify and qualify highpotential EMS opportunities within key sectors such as industrial automotive and IoT
- Apply a structured Strategic Account Planning approach: map target organizations build connections with key decisionmakers and understand their selection criteria
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact to final contract negotiation
- Provide critical field insights (market trends technological shifts competitor activity) to support internal teams (quotation marketing product)
- Represent LACROIX at key industry events trade shows and conferences
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Development to align with companywide strategic goals
- Onboard and grow new customer accounts that match our predefined qualification criteria (market plant capability)
Qualifications :
The profile we are looking for will have :
- Mandatory and substantial experience in the EMS industry (minimum 5 years)
- Strong track record in B2B business development ideally in an international context
- Expertise in selling tailormade solutions and complex services
- Proven ability to manage long and intricate sales cycles while maintaining strategic relationships
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office 365
- Strategic resilient and highly resultsdriven mindset.
