Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto Canada. As the face of our company you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence in service.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services
  • Handle customer interactions through various channels including phone email chat and inperson
  • Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of company policies products and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support and achieve department goals
  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

Qualifications :

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic approach
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional listening and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Detailoriented with a high standard for quality and accuracy
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software including CRM platforms
  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting or handling objects
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in French considered an asset
  • Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary
  • Patience and composure in handling challenging customer situations
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads
