We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Toronto Canada. As the face of our company you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence in service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing information about our products and services
- Handle customer interactions through various channels including phone email chat and inperson
- Process orders returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company policies products and services to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support and achieve department goals
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Detailoriented with a high standard for quality and accuracy
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software including CRM platforms
- Experience in retail or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting or handling objects
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in French considered an asset
- Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary
- Patience and composure in handling challenging customer situations
- Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads
