The Opportunity
The Lousbury Group of Companies is seeking an experienced Information & Communication Technology Manager to support our ICT team and our business units.
We require a conscientious highly motivated and careerminded ICT Manager to ensure the effective operation of information technology services and support across our organization. This individual will oversee IT project management resource management supervision of IT staff and communicate with the executive team business unit leaders and end users. The ICT Manager will also be responsible for IT strategic and tactical planning as well as the identification selection and deployment of appropriate technological resources that will support corporate goals and objectives.

- Managing IT Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the IT department ensuring efficient and effective support for all technologyrelated needs.
- Office 365 Administration: Manage and maintain Office 365 applications ensuring seamless integration and functionality for all users.
- Cybersecurity: Monitor cybersecurity software to protect company data and systems from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Microsoft Suite Security: Utilize Microsoft Suite for security measures including MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) and compliance.
- Hardware Management: Oversee the maintenance and support of printers photocopiers phones and other office equipment.
- Network Security: Manage Fortinet firewalls and switches ensuring secure and reliable network connectivity.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all ITrelated issues ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with thirdparty vendors to ensure the best service and support for the company.
- Compliance and Training: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations and provide training to staff on IT policies and procedures.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of direct work experience in an IT management capacity required.
- Advanced overall knowledge of networking operating systems and server architectures
- Proficiency with VPN networks firewalls encryption and other aspects of network security technologies.
- Effective project management skills.
- Sound leadership staff management and teambuilding skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and theories to nontechnical audiences.
- High degree of resourcefulness flexibility and adaptability.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills.
This position requires you to work onsite at our Lounsbury Chevrolet dealership at 2155 West Main Street. Travel within the province of New Brunswick is required.
