- After Hours Coordinator
- Take your skills to the next level as part of the Ramsay Team! A key leadership opportunity in a permanent parttime role!
About the Role
This is a key leadership position that is accountable for efficient and effective operational management of the hospital role supports and encompasses clinical care planning implementing and evaluating care practices policy compliance processes and services within the hospital.
This role reports directly to the Director of Clinical Services
About You
To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective leader who has the ability to motivate others.
You will also bring:
- Extensive clinical skills and experience along with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Able to manage your time effectively and support the clinical and nonclinical teams to provide high quality patient centred care.
This role will suit both an experience nurse stepping up into leadership or a more experienced clinical manager.
You will also bring;
- Relevant qualifications are Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Midwife or Registered Nurse
- Desirable minimum 5 years postgraduate experience within Midwifery and /orSurgical Nursing
- Demonstrated ability to be an effective role model in the area of clinical practice
- Sound Computer skills in MS Office suite (Word Excel and Outlook)

Frances Perry House is a leading private maternity and womens health hospital in Melbourne. The hospital accommodates 93 beds including surgical and maternity units Level 4 Special Care Nursery 7 birthing suites 4 operating theatres a day surgery unit and urodynamics procedure room.
