The Position

• Engage with your customers taking high volume coffee orders ensuring each user is 100% satisfied
• Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean
• The ability to set adjust correct machine and grinder settings
• Responsible for cleaning maintenance and daily step down of machine

The Person

• Were after experienced baristas (true coffee connoisseurs) who are comfortable producing highquality coffees
• Professional presentation this is a front of house role and you will be the face of the company to our users
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability happy to work on your own sometimes but play a key role in the team
• Barista Qualification
• 1 years experience as Barista
