Description
Why the role
We are preparing our capacity and capability to meet the needs of our growing team and ongoing client demand. This provides a fantastic opportunity to advance the career of a 1 year PAE insurance practitioner to support the work of our Brisbane team and national practice. Youll be exposed to a variety of highquality litigation involving a blend of personal injury and property damage claims in the general liability space as well as professional indemnity claims focusing on both coverage and defence in a broad range of industries including financial services construction and health.
This role is for a lawyer looking to improve on their experience as they progress and continue toward more senior roles within the practice.
Skills And Experiences
Who are you
- Around 1yearpost admission
- Experience in insurance law potentially including public liability (personal injury and property damage) professional indemnity and recovery claims
- You have confidence initiative and ambition to pursue a career in insurance law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are adaptable to the audience
- Selfmotivated and able to work at pace
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders without compromising attention to detail
- A team player who can collaborate on work and someone who is looking for coaching mentoring and selfdevelopment
- Practical and client focused in solving problems
