Construction Supervisor Structural Concrete & Building Works
KSG Civil and Construction is expanding and were seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background in structural concrete and commercial/industrial building projects.
While Key Solutions Group is well known for its mechanical engineering expertise in mining and heavy industry our construction capabilities are growing rapidly. With a successful track record in delivering civil and structural works for local councils private clients and industrial sectors were building momentumand we want you on board.
Since acquiring a wellestablished local construction company in 2023 our portfolio has expanded to include diverse projects ranging from structural slabs and foundations to facility expansions and concrete infrastructure installations.
Youll supervise projects ranging from small concrete structures supporting mechanical installations to $5 million industrial builds working closely with clients trades and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
About You:
Youre an experienced handson site leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You have a proven background in structural concrete and building works strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering quality outcomes safely and efficiently.
What Youll Need:
- 5 years experience supervising structural concrete or building works
- Trade qualification (preferably Carpentry )
- Experience on mine site and industrial construction projects highly regarded
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Project
- Solid understanding of OH&S and site compliance
- Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Current QLD Coal Board Medical and S11 desirable
- Relevant machine tickets (e.g. Bobcat Excavator) advantageous
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Full Australian working rights
