Role description:
Arcadis is seeking an Environmental Permitting Project Manager to join our Energy Transition team to support and grow our expanding business in the Texas/Gulf Coast region across a range of sectors including renewable energies linear utilities oil and gas and rail and transit. The successful candidate will manage and oversee a project team to support a variety of environmental permitting and planning projects and provide project management support over a variety of sectors. This position requires experience with the Clean Water Act (CWA) National Environmental Policy (NEPA) and Texas state agencies.
The position will require a candidate to work collaboratively with a diverse team and have the capacity to balance varying priorities. Arcadis offers a flexible working environment and follows a hybrid work structure. A successful candidate can expect to work remotely and from the office as needed based on demands of project and client teams. Periodic travel will be required (1015%).

Role accountabilities:
As an Environmental Permitting Project Manager you will lead teams of biologists cultural resource specialists planners engineers and other technical specialists to successfully execute environmental permitting projects. This includes developing permitting strategies leading the preparation of permit applications and coordinating with both regulatory agencies and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Therefore it is expected that you have demonstrated experience with state and federal laws and regulations including the Clean Water Act the Endangered Species Act and the National Environmental Policy Act.
In this role you will also be involved in supporting the growth of new and existing client relationships in conjunction with business development leaders and account leaders. This will include leading pursuits and proposal opportunities including scope and cost development.

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $80461 $152675. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
