Location: Carol Stream IL
Shift: 2nd Shift
Salary: Up to $75000 base $3250 shift differential 10% annual bonus
Are you a handson leader with experience in warehouse operations and a passion for lean process improvement Ingram Micro is seeking a resultsdriven 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor to join our highperforming team in our distribution center in Carol Stream IL.

What Youll Do:
Lead daily operations in receiving storage packaging and shipping
Supervise a team of frontline associates in a highvolume facility.
Ensure lean practices and SOP compliance for maximum efficiency
Resolve escalations and support crossfunctional teams in hitting KPIs
Monitor material flow and regulate warehouse space for optimized productivity
What You Bring:
Bilingual fluency in Hindi or Spanish preferred
Minimum of 5 years warehouse experience
At least 1 year of leadership experience
Strong knowledge of conveyance systems WMS and lean warehouse operations.
Experience in outbound logistics.
Experience in inventory control.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $69300.00 $110900.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
