Job Description
College of Hair Design (CHD) is on the lookout for a friendly organized and dynamic Front Desk Associate. Join us and become an integral part of our inschool clinic salon where your role will not just be about managing appointments but creating memorable experiences for our guests.
As a Front Desk Associate youll be the first point of contact for our guests responsible for:
- Managing guest checkin/checkout processes.
- Scheduling reservations with precision and care.
- Facilitating retail purchases showcasing our topquality beauty products.
- Supporting our mission to provide an exceptional educational environment by ensuring a seamless salon experience.
Qualifications :
Were Looking For:
- A welcoming personality with a passion for service excellence.
- Availability specifically for our evening shift 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm (approximately)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Previous experience in a salon spa or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
