In-Camera Content Production Lead

The InCamera Content Production Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of incamera photography and videography projects serving as the primary liaison between our FBIN and outside agencies. Drawing upon extensive experience within studio environments the Senior InCamera Content Production Lead will ensure that projects are executed with precision and efficiency while keeping a close eye on scope and cost considerations. Additionally this role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including creative leads marketing teams and key decisionmakers to translate project objectives into successful visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for incamera photography and videography projects coordinating with outside agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee the planning and execution of photoshoots and video productions including concept development preproduction planning onset direction and postproduction editing.
• Manage project scope timelines and budgets proactively identifying any changes or potential risks and communicating them to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams creative briefs into actionable plans ensuring that visual content meets brand standards and stakeholders objectives.
• Provide guidance and direction to production teams and external vendors ensuring that projects are executed with the highest level of quality creativity and technical excellence.
• Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in content production and leverage this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in photography video production visual arts or related field.
• 810 years of experience working in studio environments with a proven track record of success in overseeing and managing incamera photography and videography projects.
• Highly proficient understanding of the phases of visual content production supply chain.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics with the ability to ensure that projects are executed within brand style guides.
• Proven ability to manage project scope timelines and budgets with a focus on delivering projects on time within scope and within budget.

Additional Information :

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $45000 USD $77000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
