Location: Remote (Philippines-Based Only)

Wulf Talent Hunters is hiring a Business Development Specialist based in the Philippines. This is not an entry-level role-we want someone who knows how to sell self-manage and report performance like a pro.
Were a fast-scaling recruitment agency. Youll be responsible for generating and closing staffing deals across industries. Youll need sharp sales instincts a strong work ethic and the ability to operate independently.
Comp Structure
- Base Pay Performance-Based Commission
- Youll also be responsible for covering subscriptions to essential tools (CRM outreach etc.)
What Youll Be Doing
- Identify target and engage companies with staffing needs
- Build and execute B2B outreach strategies
- Present and position Wulfs staffing solutions with authority
- Manage a pipeline and hit KPIs
- Report activity and results weekly-pipeline movement deals closed forecast
- Collaborate with recruiters post-sale to ensure client satisfaction
