The Tower Lead is responsible for participating and overseeing the installation replacement and repair of telecommunications equipment on towers.
Responsibilities:
Contributes to the analysis of situations adopts an appropriate course of action in concurrence with supervisor
Follows instructions accurately and completely
Recognizes safety hazards and performs duties in a safe manner
Assists in the performance of daily site operations
May provide instruction to other team members
Relays information on project progress
May participate in transporting team members to and from job sites
All other duties as required

Details:
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift and move up to 80lbs.
Must be able to work in an excess of 8 to 14hour shifts.
During the shifts an employee is required to mostly stand but job task do require excessive bending and seating in odd positions.
Must be able to climb towers or ladder systems in heights up to 300.
Must be able to climb an excessive number of stairs on some projects.
An employee can be required to wear a fullbody personal fall restraint harness that can be required to be worn up to 14 hours per day.
May be required to operate sit down and stand up machinery.
Education/ Training:
High School graduate or equivalent required
Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
ATTSA TCS certified
OSHA 30
Clean and current drivers license (MVR check) in applying State.
Experience:
35 Years of Experience
Compensation: $2528/hr
