Who we are:Eastpointe Community Schools is in the business of educating the whole child while supporting social emotional and physical needs. Our partnership with the Macomb Intermediate School District (MISD) and Michigan Department of Education (MDE) supports our District Strategic Plan. Part of our continued growth and improvement involves increasing educational expectations developing a culture of support and nurturing all students to address academic behavioral and interpersonal needs. Eastpointe Middle School is a 6th & 7th grade Title I school with a student population of around 300 students.

What we are looking for: Leaderswho are dedicated to inspiring excellent instruction providing a safe nurturing learning environment with high expectations.Leadersable to guide support and embrace new ideas with staff students families and the community.Leaderswho have experience in creative scheduling building social emotional support systems and virtual instruction.Leaders who build strong relationships and leadership capacity within others is critical.
Job Qualifications:
- Masters in Educational Administration or related field
- State of Michigan School Administrative Certification or in process
- Administrative or Leadership experience required
- A minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience
- Successful record of school turnaround leadership
Salary Data: $92010 $107565.33* plus benefits package
* Note: Eastpointe Community Schools Administrator Association (ECSAA) currently in negotiations with anticipated increases to salary schedules starting in 202526 school year.
