POSITION CONTINGENT ON FUNDING/AWARD
HighLevel Description: The Journeyman Tech Refresh Installer supports the installation and configuration of hardware and software for technology refresh initiatives ensuring operational readiness.
Detailed Description: The Journeyman Tech Refresh Installer will assist with the installation and setup of IT infrastructure components including servers workstations and network devices. Responsibilities include performing basic troubleshooting following detailed installation procedures and coordinating with teams to meet deployment schedules. This role requires strong technical skills and a commitment to quality assurance.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT installations or deployments.
Knowledge of IT hardware and basic networking principles.
TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.
