Job Summary
The primary purpose of the Sales Analyst position is to generate update and analyze key reports for the commercial area that support strategic decisionmaking. This role provides visibility into commercial performance identifies opportunities for improvement collaborates with internal stakeholders and supports key business initiatives.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prepares analyzes and interprets weekly and monthly sales reports to support commercial decisionmaking.
- Provides datadriven analysis and recommendations to enable informed decisions aligned with business objectives.
- Keeps departmental performance indicators up to date with reliable data ensuring accuracy and clarity in analysis.
- Supports the updating of corporate presentations by integrating verified and reliable data.
- Prepares and sends a monthly newsletter to the internal team providing business updates and key information compiled and developed by the sales segment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration
- Specialization: Management Accounting and/or Finance
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in analyst functions preferably in the food distribution industry.
- Three (3) or more years of experience in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) Internet and use of electronic devices including but not limited to tablets.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
