THE TEAM
The mission of the Food & Beverage Department is to surprise and delight our guests with Everyday Luxury food and beverage experiences. Building loyalty with existing clients and employees while attracting new.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Food & Beverage team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for curating and providing a worldclass Caf program to Aritzia clients. You will play a pivotal role in delivering extraordinary client experiences by creating worldclass beverages as well as managing transactions services and the service counter to create memorable moments. THE ROLE
As the Manager AOK Caf you will lead the team to:
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the daytoday function of the department in support of corporate objectives while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Connect with guests creating an engaging and welcoming experience with each visit from welcome and departure.
- Provide guests with an exceptional dining experience that is timely and seamless.
- Deliver guests with a bestinclass beverage selection and service to elevate their dining experience
- Deliver a seamless and operationally invisible experience.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Manager AOK Caf has:
- Proven skills certifications education and/or experience in Food & Beverage
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with crossfunctional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
