Job Description

POSITION CONTINGENT ON FUNDING/AWARD

NO REMOTE WORK MUST WORK ON SITE

HighLevel Description: The Monitoring Specialist ensures system performance and reliability through effective observability and reporting tools.

Detailed Description: The Specialist will configure and manage monitoring solutions to track system health detect anomalies and generate actionable insights. Responsibilities include developing dashboards creating alerts and integrating monitoring tools with enterprise systems. The candidate will work closely with IT teams to ensure comprehensive observability and provide detailed reports on system performance.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.

Security CE certification and TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph required.

5 years of experience in system monitoring and reporting.

Proficiency in Splunk SolarWinds or similar tools.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
