Location: Omaha NE
Were Flagship Restaurant Group and we like to keep things bold creative and just a little off script. While other companies outsource their design work we do it all inhouse! Branding storytelling menus campaigns you name it we do it. With 14 brands and over 50 restaurants (and counting) we move fast think big and keep the ideas flowing like a Friday happy hour.
Were looking for a talented experienced innovationfirst Graphic Designer whos just as fired up about design as we are. Someone who can jump in headfirst bring brands to life and thrive in a fastpaced neverboring world of food beverage and hospitality.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
This isnt just about making things look pretty (though they will). Youll be a critical part of the design team concepting creating and delivering highimpact work across a dozenplus brands.
Heres what your daytoday might include:
Collaborating with our Senior Designer on brand projects digital ads print email campaigns and visualfocused social content Owning the menu design process for 50 restaurants from updates and reformatting to prepping files for print and working with vendors Creating thoughtful onbrand materials that span print digital web and instore signage Partnering with our digital team on email designs that actually get opened Staying ahead of design trends especially in food hospitality and lifestyle and bringing that inspo to the table Building mood boards visual concepts and layout ideas to bring to the team for collaboration and brainstorming Managing timelines juggling priorities and keeping your cool when things shift last minute (because... restaurants) Reviewing everything with a finetooth comb because we care about kerning consistency and color profiles
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
A degree in graphic design or an equally impressive story of how you got here Based in (or relocating to) Omaha Someone who thrives in a fastpaced collaborative creative environment Experience working across multiple brands or clients bonus if its in hospitality lifestyle or CPG Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) and a solid understanding of design for both print and digital Comfortable owning projects from concept to execution Knows how to prep files like a pro including bleeds color modes and exports Incredible attention to detail you dont let the small stuff slide A selfstarter who doesnt wait to be told what to do you jump in ask questions and bring ideas Must love collaborating learning and growing as a team A clean thoughtful portfolio with a range of work that shows off your skillset
