As a Store Manager you will lead the customer and associate experiences in your store. You are empowered to drive a profitable business by focusing on customer experience operational performance visual standards and strong community engagement. Manage the daytoday operations of the store including opening and closing.
Youll bring to the role
2 years retail Store Manager or service industry experience (preferred)
Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers and associates
Strong people management skills and an ability to develop talent
Effective leadership interpersonal and communication skills
Technology proficient and ability to operate a pointofsale system
Strong business acumen and ability to develop strategies and create action plans to drive results
Actionoriented mindset with an ability to organize delegate and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines
