Drive Service Excellence: Lead HighPerforming Team!
Due to an upcoming retirement we are looking for a Service Department Leader to play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations exceptional quality and ontime delivery for our client. Youll lead a talented team implement best practices and drive continuous improvement within a dynamic environment.
As a key contributor you will:
- Lead and empower the Service Department to achieve peak performance and exceed expectations.
- Optimize service workflows to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Champion quality and reliability by implementing and maintaining robust quality assurance processes.
- Develop standardized work practices to enhance efficiency and consistency across the team.
- Manage department operations effectively within budget constraints.
- Coordinate workinprogress and ensure smooth transitions to final release.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential delays to maintain schedules.
- Foster a collaborative and highperforming team environment through effective communication and leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing sound operating principles and company policies.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
What youll bring:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in vehicle maintenance/service operations.
- 5 years of proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel Word etc.) and familiarity with CAD systems.
