The Role and What Youll Do:

  • Oversee the daytoday partnership marketing & activation programming with clients crossfunctional teams (partnerships brands media PR social etc.) and relevant agency partners in connection with clients sports & entertainment partnership marketing platforms
  • Develop and implement partnership strategy and activation; evaluate additional sponsorship opportunities and support contract negotiations as appropriate
  • Spearhead research and analytics efforts across client deliverables
  • Provide strategic thinking and recommendations for client and agency at large
  • Liaise with wider global account team providing connectivity across all workstreams
  • Lead and mentor direct reports

This is not a remote position we are looking for qualified candidates in Chicago and Detroit.

You Have These:

  • A minimum of 810 years of agency brand or clientbased partnership account management experience
  • Prior experience in managing the development and implementation of partnership marketing strategies and activations on behalf of a client or brand
  • Prior experience managing a team/individuals
  • Prior experience managing daytoday relationships with clients agencies and vendors
  • Experience working with the league and team partnerships required.
  • Prior experience with sponsorship contract negotiations
  • Understanding of and practical experience with event marketing operations and logistics
  • Proven ability to prioritize workflow manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects across large crossfunctional teams independently and diligently while delivering predefined goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with client/account management experience required
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively and to problemsolve independently and in groups
  • Excellent attention to detail time management written and oral communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and flexible teamfirst player with a proactive approach
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 25% of the time
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors including location and may vary depending on jobrelated qualifications knowledge skills and company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages which include base rate along with as applicable short and longterm incentives growth and developmental opportunities and robust benefits such as health care retirement vacation and other paid time off and additional offerings.


Hiring Range Minimum:

$120000 annually

Hiring Range Maximum:

$160000 annually
