  • Working knowledge of hydraulic mechanical and pneumatic blueprints

Responsibilities

  • Support production operations for all maintenance requirements including hydraulic mechanical and pneumatic systems as scheduled
  • Select materials and operate equipment to complete work including electrical hand tools and voltage or ampere measuring devices
  • Troubleshoot and maintain all plant equipment using sound troubleshooting techniques and superior repair methodology
  • Work from available drawings equipment specifications and schematics
  • Perform preventive predictive and routine inspection maintenance
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures rules and regulations

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 4 years of experience in welding sheet metal fabrication and pipe fitting
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic mechanical and pneumatic blueprints
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
  • Strong electrical and mechanical analytical problemsolving ability

Education Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED is required

Experience Requirements

  • 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role ideally in a productionoriented environment with an emphasis on CNC machines and mechanical presses
