Given our recent expansion we seek outgoing leaders to join our office! These individuals will collaborate closely with management and seasoned team members to drive our office toward recordbreaking sales goals!
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Exceed personal sales targets
- Review team performance and provide ongoing training
- Provide daily training sessions
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve their best
- Ensure proper presentation of the company and its capabilities
Job Requirements:
- 1 Years of Direct Sales Experience
- 1 Years Experience with training sales representatives
- Ability to set meet and exceed goals
- Ability to build and coach a team
- Team and goaloriented

- Strong work ethic
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
Compensation:
- OTE Starting Rate: $52000.00
- Competitive weekly pay including base salary uncapped commission overrides and bonuses.
