Job Description
Responsibilities
Sentinel is looking for a Subscription Specialist to join the team. In this position the candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate subscription records generating invoices and initiating the renewal process. This role requires proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft programs to effectively manage subscription data and financial transactions. This is a fulltime role based in Downers Grove IL and can work remote with occasional support onsite at our Downers Grove IL headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field is required
- Advanced typing skills are required
- Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft programs
- Experience working with an ERP tool is required
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently
- Organization and attention to detail a must
- Must be strategy oriented and be able to problem solve
- Relevant work experience is preferred
- The candidate must have a car as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a cando attitude

Compensation Range: $60000/Yr
