THE ROLE:
The Community Partnerships Coordinator (CPC) supports local sales and outreach efforts within the Community Supports division reporting directly to the Community Partnerships Manager. This entrylevel role plays a key part in expanding brand awareness supporting operational alignment and building relationships with Regional Center staff families and local community partners. The CPC is responsible for inperson and virtual engagement administrative followup and event coordination acting as a liaison when the CPM is unavailable. This position requires strong communication skills a collaborative spirit and a passion for community impact.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist with inservices open houses email campaigns and community events to grow brand visibility and referrals.
Update and maintain case and contact information in Salesforce including weekly email communications to Regional Center staff.
Represent the organization at family resource centers support groups and other local partner presentations.
Coordinate logistics and execution for flagship philanthropic events including Wishpack and the annual Toy Drive.
Respond to inbound inquiries from Regional Center staff and families providing timely and accurate support.
Track all outreach activities in Salesforce and share updates with the CPM and broader team.
Support branch teams with communitybased initiatives and directtoconsumer outreach efforts.
Collaborate with Operations team members to ensure alignment between sales strategy and service capacity.
This is a hybrid position coming into the Roseville office 1x per week.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Skills
Clear confident verbal and written communication skills
Relationshipdriven communityminded and missionoriented
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
Comfortable with public speaking and group presentations
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
Qualifications
12 years of experience in outreach community relations or social services preferred
Must be able to commute to events and partner sites as needed
