ADMINISTRATOR:


The Office and Marketing Administrator serves as a key administrative and communications support resource across the organization. The role combines front office reception operational coordination and digital engagement responsibilities to ensure a seamless welcoming experience for clients and visitors while maintaining efficient internal processes. The Office and Marketing Administrator is responsible for managing front desk operations backofhouse organization and social media management while providing direct support to the executive team.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • A high school diploma or general education equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 13 years of experience in an office manager marketing
    assistant marketing manager or a similar role is required.

Reliable transportation a valid drivers license and the ability to be
covered under the Companys automobile insurance is required.
