Ultrasound Technologist and Senior Ultrasound Technologist
These roles are involved with the daytoday Ultrasound Department operations located within Diagnostic Imaging.
- The sonographer requires minimal supervision performs diagnostic medical sonograms both general and vascular provides quality patient care and assumes responsibility for all ultrasound services offered.
- This position works closely and communicates effectively with patients coworkers lead sonographer manager Radiologists providers and all other clinic/hospital staff to ensure the highest quality of care to our patients.
- The employee will assist the Core Leader in meeting department goals and objectives.
- Performs basic/complex general and vascular ultrasound exams and procedures and provides optimal assessment and diagnostic exams for neonatal pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric patients.
ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST
Required qualifications:
- Coursework/Training Graduate of an Ultrasound program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Radiologic Technology Education (JRCRTE) Or equivalent educ/experience.
- Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or National Registered Technologist Sonography
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS American Heart Association
- 2 years experience
- 32 Hours per Week 0.8 FTE Day Shift
- 40 Hours per Week 1.0 FTE Day Shift
- 36 Hours per Week 0.9 FTE Night Shift
- Min: $33.24 Max: $52.61
SENIOR ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGIST
Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training: Graduate of an Ultrasound program accredited by the Joint Review Committee for Radiologic Technology Education (JRCRTE) or equivalent educ/experience.
- National Registered Technologist Sonography upon hire. Or National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography upon hire.
- National Provider BLS American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years of experience.
- 5 years of experience.
- 40 Hours per Week 1.0 FTE Evening Shift
- Min: $35.26 Max: $55.82
