Position Summary:
- Assist in providing a safe beautiful and peaceful environment according to company policy State and Joint Commission regulations local building codes and OSHA.
- Tasks may include carpentry electrical work plumbing drywall repair or installation painting roofing mechanical repair landscaping gardening and other duties related to onsite light duty construction and maintenance.
- May be required to perform housekeeping grounds and security duties as needed.
Qualifications
Education :
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma Preferred.
Certification:
- CPICPR and First Aid. Valid Drivers License.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years experience in the maintenance or construction industry.
- Able to use or compute basic mathematical calculations read an interpret safety rules manuals maintenance procedures and job assignments/instructions.
- Able to read blueprints shop drawings or other work specifications and diagrams to determine the preferred procedure for constructing buildings structures cabinetry and other plan operation systems.
