Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
- Provides each guest with excellent customer service while performing professional nail hand and foot treatments and selling retail products that best fit the guests needs
DIRECTLY SUPERVISES:N/A
*Dual Property Position (CAC/HAC)
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide a variety of individualized nail services and treatments including hand and foot massage manicure pedicure nail care and polish application
- Maintain up to date knowledge of nail care maintenance and products
- Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive enthusiastic helpful and professional attitude with all guests and team members
- Communicate and describe salon offerings including pricing and their benefits
- Recommend and upsell services and products that fit the guests needs
- Demonstrate respect sensitivity and concern for guests needs in a professional manner
- Responsible for ensuring work area is clean and ready for each client prior to their arrival and for proper sanitation and restocking after each use according to departmental policy
- Maintain clean organized work area whit adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products
- Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Prior customer service experience. Prior nail treatment experience. Must hold license from New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Diverse fastpaced deadline driven multiproject coordination prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
