Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and servicedriven Front of House (FOH) Manager to join our award winning team. The FOH Manager is responsible for overseeing daily dining room service & operations ensuring exceptional guest experiences leading and training staff and maintaining high standards of service cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all FOH staff including hosts servers bartenders and bussers.

  • Maintain a welcoming upscale dining environment and ensure guest satisfaction.

  • Train coach and schedule FOH team members to meet service standards.

  • Monitor dining room flow and guest wait times; manage seating and reservations.

  • Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations.

  • Address guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Executive Chef on daily operations promotions and service improvements.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the FOH areas at all times.

  • Monitor inventory of FOH supplies and order as needed.

  • Assist with hiring onboarding and performance evaluations of FOH staff.

  • Ensure POS systems and cash handling procedures are properly followed.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Need to Bring to the Table

  • 2 years of Management experience
  • High volume restaurant experience is a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong passion and dedication to food beverage and service
  • Polished professional and energetic approach to floor management
  • Ability to work well in a systemsdriven environment
  • Basic Knowledge of MS Office and common restaurant systems and software
  • Ability to be adaptable and abide by policies and values of company
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 2 years of FOH management experience preferably in a steakhouse or upscale dining environment.

  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding guest service.

  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.

  • Indepth menu knowledge of ingredients sourcing preparation and descriptions a must.

  • Knowledge of wine spirits preferred.

  • Flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.
