Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic School a PK38 elementary school located in the Love Field neighborhood
of Dallas TX announces its search for an experienced energetic and effective leader to serve as its next
principal. The position is effective July 2025 or until the successful candidate is found. A full position profile

Founded in 1946 as a ministry of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church the School has assisted families
in the Catholic formation of their children and has educated students to become responsible citizens and
committed Catholics for over 75 years. Projected enrollment foris for approximately 150 students.
Early learning at Our Lady of Perpetual Help is Montessori inspired offering a program that encourages
independent growth through handson developmentally appropriate materials. This program is directed by
the Sisters from the Order of the Daughters of the Sacred Heart and is highly regarded throughout the Diocese.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help is an Englishlanguage immersion school and the Diocesan curriculum serves as a
model for content and pacing at each grade level. Prayer is integral to the Schools daily life.

Applications are now being accepted. Minimum requirements include: 1) Practicing Catholic; 2) Proficiency
in speaking Spanish preferred; 3) Advanced degree in Educational Administration/Leadership or Principal
Certification (may be inprogress) and 4) Five (5) years experience as a principal or assistant principal
