We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic and collaborative technical team. - Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware software and networking issues across the organization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS Office 365 VPN connectivity printers and common enterprise applications.
- Set up and configure workstations laptops mobile devices and peripheral equipment.
- Maintain user accounts permissions and group policies via Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes including provisioning and deprovisioning of IT assets.
- Monitor and respond to tickets using an internal ticketing system; ensure timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Assist with IT asset inventory management and hardware lifecycle tracking.
- Ensure compliance with security standards backups patch management and endpoint protection.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to support infrastructure upgrades and improvement projects.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelors degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 Office 365 and Active Directory.
- Handson experience with PC/laptop setup network troubleshooting and remote support tools (AnyDesk TeamViewer).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk Jira Service Desk Freshservice).
- Excellent communication customer service and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks work independently and manage multiple technical issues simultaneously.
- Microsoft certifications such as MCP MS900 or MD102.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance frameworks (NIST CMMC).
- Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) and endpoint management tools (Intune SCCM).
