Are you a forwardthinking leader with a passion for making a difference BSI is seeking an innovative EHS Consulting Regional Director to take the helm in our Northwest region driving growth shaping strategy and delivering toptier EHS consulting services. This is a highimpact role for a strategic leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to leave a lasting legacy.

Youll be instrumental in expanding BSIs footprint in the region overseeing consulting sales and administrative functions while ensuring that we continue to deliver unmatched value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire Excellence & Lead Change: Shape the strategic vision for the Northwest region fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability. Lead by example and empower your teams to reach new heights.
• Drive Market Leadership: Own the development and execution of the regional business plan. Lead P&L management ensuring financial success while delivering outstanding service and client satisfaction.
• Grow the Region: Take charge of business development and build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Guide sustainable profitable growth through strategic thinking and exceptional service delivery.
• Build HighPerforming Teams: Lead recruitment employee engagement and talent development efforts creating an environment where people are excited to grow and thrive.
• Consult & Steward Clients: Act as a technical expert leading EHS consulting projects and ensuring that client needs are met with innovative effective solutions. Youll also oversee large accounts maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
• Master MultiTasking: Manage multiple prioritiesstaff projects client relationships and business developmentwhile maintaining high standards of quality ontime delivery and financial success.

Education & Experience:

• Degree: A Bachelors degree in a relevant field (EHS engineering science safety management industrial hygiene etc.). A Masters degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience: 15 years in Environmental Health Safety Security and Sustainability with consulting experience in the Northwest region or similar markets.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skillscritical for client interactions team leadership and highlevel project management.
• Project Management: You excel at managing multiple complex projects and navigating through competing priorities.
• Languages: Additional language skills are a plus.

The salary for this position can range from $145000 to $210000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to the candidates competencies level of experience education location divisional budget and internal peer compensation comparisons.
