Job Description
Our client is a wellestablished familyowned designbuild firm based in Nashville TN with over 40 years of experience. Our client specializes in custom kitchen and bathroom renovations offering fullservice remodeling from design to completion. Known for craftsmanship attention to detail and a highly personalized approach the team delivers beautifully functional spaces using highend cabinetry countertops and fixtures. With a reputation built on quality and client satisfaction this firm is focused on continued growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish ensuring quality craftsmanship adherence to timelines and client satisfaction
- Set the standard onsite by actively performing all phases of interior home remodeling including: demolition framing drywall installation and finishing painting plumbing basic electrical HVAC work carpentry tile setting and waterproofing
- Safely lift and carry heavy materials consistently following best practices in job site safety
- Maintain clean organized and efficient job sites at all times to ensure a productive work environment and positive client impressions
- Support project success by taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- 10 years of handson experience in all phases of residential home remodeling
- Own a full set of professionalgrade tools
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Clean driving record with proven dependability
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs regularly
- Indepth knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent time management and task prioritization abilities
- Skilled in team leadership and effective crew communication
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment with strong knowledge of job site safety protocols
- Outstanding customer service skills with a professional clientfocused demeanor
- Certification in the Schluter waterproofing system is a strong plus
$28 $35 an hour
Our client is seeking a foreman to oversee and work alongside remodeling crews throughout the Nashville metropolitan area.
