Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as Director Sales Small to MidSize Employers.
Position Status: Fulltime Day Shift
Position Location: This position is remote (Hampton Roads).
Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).
Minimum Requirements:
- Business Acumen Customer Relations Employee benefits and Leadership experience required.

Expectations for this Role:
Sentara Health is seeking a Director Sales Small to MidSize Employers. This director requires an effective influencer capable of developing credible business relationships inside & outside the organization while providing leadership direction & management for all direct reports.
Achieve estimated Growth Retention Profitability & Strategy Engagement object.
Utilize leading & lagging indicators to measure performance to goal identifying opportunities to affect performance & manage membership forecasting projection & budget processes.
Cultivate relationships with key influencers & decision makers affecting small group and midmarket business segment results.
Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate & engage targeted audience including executives brokers general agents & benefit professionals.
Create opportunities to connect Sentara Healths senior leaders as appropriate.
Develop & manage strategic growth plan to include segment & territory specific opportunity profiles segment value proposition & benchmarking of competitor capabilities.
Provide competitive information & voice of the customer input to business leads as appropriate for enhancements to current strategies & offerings.
Effectively articulate how Sentara Healths capabilities can contribute to constituents longterm strategies.
