Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Marketing Director oversees all aspects of Marketing and Entertainment operations including the development of marketing plans at assigned will report to the Regional Director of Marketing.

Primary Tasks:

  1. You will direct marketing and entertainment programs including advertising special events sponsorships and publicrelations programs through integrated services and working with external vendors.
  2. Plan with Regional Director to build brand awareness and advertising campaigns using marketing mix of outofhomeonline advertisements broadcast radio social media digital direct mail and TV. Manage communication withexternal agency.
  3. Maintains appropriate staffing levels in the Marketing department by interviewing mentoring scheduling evaluatingdisciplining and terminating employees.
  4. Develop and follow department budget and finance including expenditures returnoninvestment and profitloss projections based on proforma/ postforma analysis by planning with revenue producing departments to maintain orexceed budget goals.
  5. You will represent property to include public gatherings and radio TV and social media
  6. Help to provide feedback survey customer wants/needs and measures the effectiveness of Casino Promotions andEntertainment.
  7. Provide support for research of casino expense revenues customer service and quality.
  8. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business or Marketing or 4 years directly related experience. Familiarity with financials marketing plans and budgets. Experienced in Microsoft Office and technologically savvy in working with software packages of various nature. Excellent strategic thinking skills and business approach. Seven (7) yearsexperience in a marketing management position.
