The Corewell Health Family Medicine Residency Clinic at Grosse Pointe is a teaching clinic with resident physicians who practice alongside supervising physicians to improve healthcare through education and research. This partnership allows our physicians to provide quality care to all our patients. We have seen significant growth and advancement with planned additional growth and advancement throughout the residency practice. Our patients come from all backgrounds and each have their own unique and often complex care needs. We serve the underserved and are proud to provide this service to our community.

Job Summary
Supervises and trains office support staff to ensure optimal patient process flow and serves as a liaison between physicians and clinical staff in daily operations. Responsible for charge processing A/R follow up cash processing patient flow maintenance of scheduling system and patient medical records. Develops and implements policies process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Scope of this position will be determined by leadership according to defined leveling criteria.
