Job Description:
The position is for a Program Manager to help provide programmatic and financial support for Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Code 23.
Specific duties include:
- Provide management financial and funding analysis.
- Utilize Microsoft Office including Access Project and Visio.
- Create databases using MS Access.
- Provide high level graphics support utilize Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and premier software.
- Supervise production of technical manuals and production books.
Requirement:
- A secret security clearance
Required Skills and Experience:
- Five (5) years of programmatic and financial support experience.
- Three (3) years of experience in providing high level graphics support database creation using MS Access Adobe Photoshop Illustrator and premier software; management financial and funding analysis production of technical manuals and production books.
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office including Access Project and Visio.
- Knowledge of U.S. Navy programs organizations and functions.
- Bachelors degree in business from an accredited university.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- A secret security clearance
