Amazon Pay is seeking an experienced Website Manager to join the Marketng team. As a Website Manager on our team you will be responsible for supporting Amazon Pay website content and translation needs across all our marketplaces. You will design build and own the execution of the content and experimentation strategy for our websites helping to drive adoption of new merchants on Amazon Pay. You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to build the experimentation strategy for Paid and Free acquisition channels.
Key job responsibilities Designing and driving experiments to improve conversion across the website. Enable the development execution and optimization of landing pages and onsite campaigns that drive merchant adoption Building deep understanding of Amazon Pay ecosystem by conducting surveys and UX research with obsessive understanding of new opportunities. Apply continuous improvement methodologies to analyze and understand existing processes and workflows A/B test content and UX improvements to grow meaningful interactions with potential merchants generate insights to raise the bar on conversions and partner with internal teams to build high quality web experience
