As a Senior Engineer on the OneStopShop team youll join a passionate team with tons of personality working to build tools that make Redfins dream of a true OneStopShop ecosystem a reality. Our focus is to bring the brokerage lenders and title technologies together to provide a delightful experience for both internal employees and customers.
The Role
- Develop responsive resilient scalable and highquality software using React Java Postgres and various other tools/libraries.
- Balance the tradeoffs between complex infrastructure investments and quick pragmatic solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Collaborate with other engineering and nontechnical stakeholders to define design and lead the development of significant multiperson projects.
- Mentor and guide other engineers providing technical leadership and advocating for best practices.
- Stay uptodate with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions are innovative and competitive.
- Work closely with our product program and ops partners to deliver features ontime and with high quality.
About You
- Developer with 5 years of experience developing fullstack customerfacing applications.
- Strong track record of delivering on complex multiperson and crossteam projects across a variety of technical domains.
- Keep up with the everchanging technical landscape used to efficiently build software we use React and React Native but often stretch beyond these bounds.
- Experience being part of a team developing large scale apps backed by relational databases we use Java Spring Hibernate and Postgres.

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable disclosure requirements.
Base Pay Range: $146500..00. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances including the position location individual qualifications market finances and other operational business needs.
