As the Director of Nursing you will lead a dynamic nursing team with a focus on highquality care team development and operational excellence. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping patient outcomes fostering a positive work culture and ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.
Lead coach and mentor nursing staff to excellence in care and teamwork
Oversee daily clinical operations and staffing within budget guidelines
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
Promote exceptional patient care through staff education and training
Communicate clearly with patients families and interdisciplinary teams
Champion quality improvement best practices and continuous learning
Handle hiring performance reviews and staff development
Maintain a safe clean and collaborative work environment
Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning
RN License in good standing (ASN required BSN preferred)
5 years of fulltime clinical experience with 2 years in leadership/supervision
Prior experience in hospital or mental health settings preferred
BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
Exceptional interpersonal leadership and problemsolving skills
Proficiency with EMR systems (Kipu a plus) and sound clinical judgment
Strong understanding of behavioral health practices and patient safety
Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
Clinical knowledge and confident decisionmaking
Team leadership and staff development
Budgeting and resource management
Patient advocacy and compassionate communication
Familiarity with glucometers UDS vital signs med administration etc.
