The Corporate Facilities Technician plays a critical role in maintaining these standards through timely repairs routine upkeep and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
The Corporate Facilities Technician will support the upkeep and maintenance of all commercial and corporate facilities with a focus on customer service safety and quality. The Corporate Facilities Technician will complete assigned corporate facilities work orders in a timely and professional manner and perform various routine maintenance tasks including carpentry electrical HVAC plumbing etc. The Corporate Facilities Technician will work cooperatively with Chesapeake Neighbors Property Operations and The Arcs Fleet Services to provide support when needed. This position is deemed essential during weather emergencies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general building maintenance and repair including intermediate skills in plumbing carpentry HVAC and electrical systems. They must be highly organized safetyconscious and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication problemsolving and customer service skills are also essential.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of three years experience as a Maintenance Technician. Basic understanding and intermediate skill level in electrical plumbing and carpentry are required.
