Job Description

Use your Power for Purpose

The Senior Production Schedule Analyst is responsible for managing the site finite production schedule in support of commercial & clinical antibody and drug substance production. This role will collaborate with Manufacturing Supply Chain and Quality functions to translate master production plans into daily weekly and monthly campaign schedules by balancing labor equipment and resource utilization. The Senior Production Schedule Analyst will also execute business processes for process order management in SAP to ensure schedule adherence ontime completion and maintenance of accurate site demand signals.

What You Will Achieve

  • Engage with and refine the North Creek site Smartsheet Scheduling tool to develop an integrated schedule including PMs validation and nonproduction activities

  • Evaluate production schedules to ensure optimal asset and staff level loading through the Scheduling Resource Management tool.

  • Track machine set up/ run times and labor allocation in Scheduling Resource Management Tool. Identify capacity bottlenecks/constraints and troubleshoot for optimized production workflow and performance.

  • Participate in daily production meetings as part of IMEx framework as well biweekly/monthly supply review meetings

  • Assist in the development of mediumterm plans to support scenario analysis conflict analysis and production schedule business decisions.

  • SME in batch record/process order management by working closely with the Manufacturing teams to identify & track need by dates for Buffer and Solution Batch Records.

  • Issue lot numbers for process orders and coordinate with Document Control to ensure timely release for mfg. execution

  • Track execution of schedules to identify areas for improvement with resource allocation.

  • Create or own KPI/metrics dashboards to evaluate schedule adherence process performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Contribute to system implementation and operational projects (SAP Rapid Response Implementation changeover optimization iTRM). Aid in developing site standard operating procedures.

Here Is What You Need

(Minimum Requirements):

  • Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 2 years of experience; OR a masters degree with more than 0 years of experience; OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience

  • Strong understanding of production processes and workflow optimization.

  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.

  • Proficiency in scheduling and project management software and tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar scheduling tools

  • Experience working in SAP/Oracle ERP system

  • APICS certifications such as CPIM

  • Experience with continuous improvement projects at site level

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Use a computer terminal 8 hours per shift.

Stand 01 hour sit for up to 18 hours walking repetitive use of upper extremities

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $80300.00 to $133900.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
